3dxtl.com Smart Link Privacy Policy

Last Updated October 11, 2026

Memorial Crystals LLC operates 3dxtl.com and its Smart Link services, including NFC business cards, pet ID tags, related QR codes, digital profiles, and linked pages. In this Privacy Policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Memorial Crystals LLC.

We respect your privacy and the information you entrust to us. This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and retain information when you purchase or manage a Smart Link product, create a profile, tap a card or tag, scan a QR code, visit a linked page, or contact us. It applies to profile owners and visitors, including people who find a pet and access its tag.

Smart Link profiles are intended to share the information selected for publication. Anyone who obtains a public profile link may be able to view that information. Please review Section 3 before publishing personal details.

1 Information We Collect

Account and order information

When you purchase a product, request setup, manage a profile, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, order details, profile or tag identifiers, and communications. If you create an account, we also collect information needed to establish and administer it.

Business card information

Information you supply for a business card or digital profile may include your name, job title, business name, photo, logo, phone number, email address, business address, website, social media links, contact download details, and other content you choose to include.

Pet profile information

Information you supply for a pet ID profile may include your pet’s name, photo, description, care instructions, medical or behavioral notes, veterinarian details, and owner or alternate contact information. Provide information about another person only if you have permission to do so. Avoid publishing home addresses or other sensitive details unless you intend to make them accessible to profile visitors.

Visitor and scan information

When a Smart Link page or redirect is accessed, technical information may be collected, such as the link or profile accessed, date and time, IP address, browser and device type, referring page when available, and request or error logs. We use this information to deliver pages, maintain service reliability, and detect abuse. An IP address can indicate an approximate geographic area but does not necessarily identify a visitor or their precise location.

Messages and pet finder submissions

If you submit a message or report through a form we provide, we collect the information you choose to send. Information submitted for delivery to a profile owner may be shared with that owner for the stated purpose. If you instead call, text, or email an owner directly, that communication is handled through the services you use and is not necessarily received or stored by us.

Payment information

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full credit card numbers or complete payment credentials on our own servers. We may receive payment status, transaction identifiers, and order-related information.

2 How We Use Information

We use information to process and ship orders; set up, link, and maintain cards, tags, and profiles; display published profile content; support contact sharing and pet identification; respond to support requests; send service and order communications; maintain and improve the service; investigate misuse or fraud; and meet legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations.

Where a messaging or notification feature is offered, we use the information submitted through that feature to provide it. Marketing communications are subject to the choices described in Section 8.

3 Public Profiles and Information You Choose to Share

Information published on a business card or pet profile is intended to be accessible to people who open its link, including through an NFC tap, QR scan, shared URL, or saved bookmark. Access is not necessarily limited to someone physically holding the card or tag.

Published information may be copied, downloaded, photographed, forwarded, or saved by visitors. Public pages may also be discovered or indexed by search engines. Do not treat an unlisted or difficult-to-guess link as a private account or access control.

Review the information displayed on your profile and publish only what you intend to share. Information supplied for billing, account administration, or support is not intended for public display merely because you purchase a card or tag.

You may request correction, removal, or deactivation of a profile by contacting us. Where self-service editing is available, you may also use those controls. Removing content from our service does not remove copies already saved by others, information physically printed or engraved on a product, or copies retained by search engines or external services.

4 NFC Taps QR Scans and Location

The NFC and QR features covered by this policy provide access to links or digital content; they do not themselves provide continuous GPS tracking. Opening a link can generate the technical information described in Section 1. A tap or scan does not, by itself, identify the person accessing the page or authorize access to their contacts, photos, or precise device location.

5 Photos Logos and Uploaded Content

We use uploaded content to create and maintain your profile, customize your card or tag, and provide related support. Content selected for public display is available to profile visitors as described above. We do not use your uploaded photos or logos in our advertising, social media, sample galleries, or other marketing without permission.

Profile images and other content may need to remain stored for as long as the profile is active. The 30-day post-fulfillment image deletion period used for certain custom crystal orders does not apply to content needed to operate an active Smart Link profile.

6 How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share published profile information with visitors as described in Section 3. We may also share information with service providers that support hosting, storage, payments, shipping, customer support, communications, security, and other service operations. We limit disclosures to information needed for their services.

If you use a feature to send information to a profile owner or another recipient, we share the information necessary to carry out that request. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud or abuse, protect safety, enforce our rights, or respond to legal process. Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, subject to applicable privacy requirements.

7 Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to support site functions, account sessions, security, and user preferences. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect site features.

8 Communications and Your Choices

We may send order confirmations, setup instructions, account or security notices, support replies, and other communications needed to provide the service. If notifications are offered and enabled, we may also send the notifications associated with those settings.

We send marketing communications only where permitted by law. You may unsubscribe using the link provided or contact us to request removal from marketing lists. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary service or order communications. Scanning a tag or viewing a profile does not by itself subscribe a visitor to marketing messages.

9 Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain an active profile, support purchases, protect against fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Retention depends on the information’s purpose, sensitivity, and applicable obligations.

You may request deletion of your account or profile information. Deleting information required for a profile may prevent the associated card or tag from functioning as intended. Some records may be retained for legal, security, transaction, or dispute-related purposes. Backup copies may remain until overwritten or deleted through normal backup processes. Public copies held by others are outside our control.

10 How We Protect Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No website, storage system, or online transmission is completely secure. Public profile information is intentionally accessible as described in this policy.

Protect your account credentials and any private setup or management links. Contact us if you believe someone has accessed or changed your profile without authorization.

11 Privacy Rights and Requests

Depending on where you live and which laws apply to our business, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; withdraw consent for certain uses; or opt out of certain processing. California residents may have additional rights where applicable. We do not discriminate against you for exercising rights provided by applicable law.

Contact us using Section 15 to submit a request or ask about available rights. We may need to verify your identity and authority before changing or disclosing account or profile information. Where applicable law provides an appeal process, you may contact us to appeal a decision on your request.

12 Children’s Privacy

Our purchasing, account, and profile management services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.

Adults setting up a card or tag should use adult-managed contact information and avoid publishing a child’s personal contact details or location.

13 External Links and International Access

Profiles and pages may link to external websites, social networks, maps, or communication services selected by profile owners. Those services have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of independently operated services.

Memorial Crystals LLC is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from those in your location. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we will use the required safeguards.

14 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services or practices change. We will post the revised policy and update the date above. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before making a change that requires it.
